Edgard & Cooper produces sustenance for both cats and dogs. Their mission is to offer fresh, unprocessed kibble, using lots of fresh meat. Their challenge? Building the Edgard & Cooper brand and expand their business in the pet food industry by means of data-driven, sustainable growth, using a direct-to-consumer model.
How did we fix it?
A complete overhaul of Edgard & Cooper’s ecommerce platform and general online presence, including a marketing website, online store, as well as a trial flow package. Said platform is to become the first point of contact for (potential) customers, with clear CTAs, USPs, and providing a smooth shopping experience overall.
What are the results?
After a lenghty development process, Edgard & Cooper’s marketing page, free trial and online store were ready unleash upon
the world. A few months in, they’d already noted a whopping 700% increase in ecommerce revenue. Not to brag or anything...
What did the process look like?
Moving fast is our trademark, and what allows us to create better experiences, faster, is our process. Basically, we’ve fragmented the entire development cycle of the cockpit into week-long sprints. Especially during the design sprint, we're pushing our limits with scarce resources to validate a first visual prototype. Once that's done, it's off to the races and the first development cycle can begin, ultimately yielding an MVP. The execution phase naturally spans several weeks, 6 to 8 on average, especially when I.E. large databases or third parties come into play.
