From time to time, you can catch us yelling on social media about processes and workshops we run at Bothrs. To the point where you might think: "Oh, here they go again with the buzzwords," but hey, things need names.

The thing is, there's no singular product out there that you can buy that'll make a company work like a start-up again, unfortunately...

Which is why we believe that processes like the design sprint, are key to getting digital innovation projects up and running, and out the door, faster. Without a proper process, overcoming office politics, distance between teams created by silos as well as budget restrictions, becomes very daunting task. And this rings especially true for bigger corporations.
