About this project

Founded in 1966, bofrost* is an international retailer of high-quality, frozen foods. With their eyes on the horizon, the company was looking to treat their online presence with the same German Gründlichkeit as their offline business. That meant creating the smoothest, most seamless shopping experience for customers as possible. And also, notably, getting five teams across different countries to work as one. Challenge accepted!

Delivering a project of this magnitude in a short time period means you have to be smart about how you'll build it. In this case, smart means flexible and efficient; we spent two weeks of dedicated focus to validate the technical architecture. This way we set ourselves up for success, and avoid any nasty surprises down the road.
