These insights enable companies to understand how customers go through their everyday lives, discover and anticipate the moments that matter most, and adapt their engagement to real-world behavior and real-time context. Claudia has 30+ years of experience at international organisations and was founder and managing director at BrandNewHealth, one of the first European companies offering effective and scalable digital health coaching programs to prevent and manage chronic diseases.
Christophe Jauquet is a health marketing expert who inspires consumer businesses and healthcare organisations around the world. With his experience at the intersection of healthcare, marketing and technology, he guides companies and brands to remain relevant in the light of the Healthusiasm trend. He recently published his first book Healthusiasm: Making Customers Healthy and Happy. Healthusiasm not only describes the enthusiasm to live healthily and happily, but also explains what people expect from products, services and experiences in their quest for self-actualisation. The book challenges companies and brands to think about how they can help their customers in their aspiration.
After pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience and an academic career as postdoctoral researcher at KU Leuven, Julie is now positioned at the interface between innovative pharma industry and top-notch universities to set up werable health solutions for epilepsy. Ultimately with the team at Byteflies, she aims to bring added value for advances in the preventive, personalised and predictive healthcare of tomorrow.
They're running an experience design studio for people that need change the most. This has been proven particularly true for healthcare, a legacy-laden industry whether you'd like to admit it or not. There's so much potential for digital technologies and predictive design that still remains untapped.
